All employees pass through a mandatory training session, before starting work. Training is free of charge. During training employee will be accommodated by employer.

Hourly/ monthly salary and pay dates
|
Minimum 1.900 EUR/ month net, for 170 worked hours/ month.
Salary is paid monthly, via bank transfer, until the 20th of the month.
Overtime is paid 25% extra.
Employees with exceptional abilities who receive very good feedback from managers may receive a salary raise.

Employment contract for unlimited period, for those who successfully pass first 6 months of probation period.

Transport ticket (home country – Germany)

Travel costs are covered by employee.
Pick-up is available from Stuttgart airport, free of charge. If employee cannot fly to Stuttgart, then he may travel to Stuttgart airport, from where he will be picked up.

Accommodation
|
In staff apartments/ houses situated close to the workplace. Monthly rent is up to 400 EUR/ person and is paid by the employee.
Sometimes, depending on the situation, a deposit may be necessary but this is very rare.
